IATF董事会公告
此次董事会公报的目的是向所有IATF董事会建议吉利集团作为新投票成员加入IATF。
根据与IATF的“全球化发展”的要求，在2021年IATF全球春季网络会议上，IATF一致投票通过，欢迎吉利集团加入IATF，成为IATF的成员之一，并拥有董事会表决权。吉利集团将成为第一个加入IATF的亚洲成员，这是IATF历史上的一个重要里程碑，也是IATF推动世界汽车工业可持续发展的一个重要信号。
吉利集团要求所有供应商都须通过IATF 16949认证，表明了对IATF汽车行业标准的持续承诺。
吉利集团加入IATF将有助于IATF优化全球汽车标准化流程，提升汽车供应链生产效率，随时准备迎接汽车行业面临的新的挑战，确保IATF汽车行业标准既适用于现在，也适用于未来。
吉利集团的提名代表是徐华博士。他将代表吉利集团首次正式参加IATF会议，该会议将于2021年5月17日举行。

IATF Stakeholder Communiqué
The purpose of this Stakeholder Communiqué is to advise all IATF stakeholders of the addition of Geely Group as a new voting member of IATF.
Consistent with the IATF’s “Global Growth” imperative, at the IATF 2021 Spring meeting, in a global virtual meeting, the IATF unanimously voted to welcome Geely Group, into the IATF as an OEM voting member. This marks a significant milestone in the history of the IATF as Geely Group will be the first Asia member to join the IATF and is a clear signal of IATF’s intent to boost the scheme’s growth around the world.
Geely Group has shown continued commitment to the IATF scheme by requiring all its suppliers to be certified to IATF 16949.
The inclusion of Geely Group into the IATF will contribute to the IATF’s capabilities as we prepare to embrace the challenges facing the automotive industry and ensuring the IATF scheme remains effective for today and fit for the future.
Geely Group’s nominated representative is Dr. Hua (Howard) Xu [徐华]. His first official IATF meeting will be 17th May 2021.
